Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

My mom passed 2 months ago my brother has her will and has not yet submitted it to court yet. How do I find out if he is executer or power of attorney.

You need to find out from him what his status is. Powers of attorney die with the individual so the only issue is whether there is a valid will and are their assets that need to be probated. Sorry for your loss
