my mother died with a will my sister was a co-signer on her bank account after the will was signed. That issue was never addressed in her will, except as the remainder of her estate to be divide among her 4 daughters my sister has those accounts

If she was a mere co signer, she has no right to the proceeds. A joint owner would.

It would depend on how the account is drawn up. I suggest you get an attorney - soon - or your share will be gone.

Unless she intended the account to be merely a "convenience account" the joint account owner will be entitled to the account proceeds. The burden will rest with you to prove it was a convenience account to be successful if she refuses to share with all siblings.
