Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

Mother dies of cancer 2 years ago. Father comes back to Florida from Virginia of which he had abandoned the wife and 2 daughters years ago. Daughters ended up in Foster Parents for years while mother was trying to get daughters back. Daughter now resides in Mother's house, father stayed on without a job or income for over two years. He has attacked one child in house physically and verbally attacked other two children cussing them out and throwing them out of his house. He attacked the daughter that was providing for him. He was arrested. Daughter was awarded permanent restraining order. Father violated order on several occassions, daughter finally calls police. Father is in jail Orange Co. Florida. Daughter was laid off at AT&T, collecting unemployment, struggling to make ends meet. Daughter was served to vacate house (father is still on deed with the deceased mother). Daughter has hand-written will of mother giving the house to the two daughters upon death. Daughter has no way to pay for an attorney, her vehicle is behind due to her keeping mortgage payment current, along with electric, water, food for children. The summons says she has to pay for her father's legal fees. She needs an attorney who will help her for free. Or, if they will let her work in their office (answering phone, typing, etc) Any ideas?? Neighbor: Sherry Lopez with Lucy Duran's permission. cell. 407-808-6392 Not sure what area of law family or real estate or wills

The only real question here is whether the handwritten will is valid or not. If it is, the house is hers; if it isn't then she needs to get out.
