Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

My mother in law left her house to her 4 children via a quitclaim deed. One of them refused to leave the house. What are their rights? Best way to handle since talking is not an option?

2. If he refuses to sell, you must bring a partition action. The court will compel a sale.
