Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

is a probate attorney supposed to look at what's being done, just prior to dying, if a person is in the hospital dying and on their deathbed? Does a probate attorney look at what was done just prior to a person dying in a hospital? Do they look at that? Does a probate attorney have responsibilities to what's being done just prior to death?
