Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

In probate does the opposing attorney have to sign up with the

Courts or why are they supposed to sign up with the courts? What would be a reason

An attorney would not list themselves with the courts?

In inventory listed by the PR, land was sold, but the opposing attorney

Said they wasnt handling this, if its listed in probate in

Inventory, wouldn't this be part of probate for us to view and object?

Sorry, but without more this question is near impossible to answer. Opposing attorney have to sign up? What do you mean? File a notice of appearance? Opposing attorney? is there an adversary proceeding filed or is it just an attorney representing an heir? Normally an attorney files a Notice of Appearance so the Court and all parties know to send him copies of all pleadings. Land was sold? Was it land with a house and was it homestead? If so, the property would pass to heirs outside of probate. That is a pure guess without more information.

Inventory is not up for public view. You will need to hire an attorney and have the attorney contact the court and/or the opposing attorney to be allowed to review it.
