Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

Can you put into the By-laws or other legal status of a Church that if ever that church ever sold, the profit would go to Charity and not ever to be divided between the Church members or Church board ?

Not only can you do this, but you MUST do this otherwise the Church won't be eligible for tax exempt status.
