When you are a minor, you can sign nothing. What should have happened, and probably did without your knowledge, is that the court appointed someone on your behalf, and a court order was obtained approving the settlement by a judge. If so, you are out of luck.

At least that is what was supposed to happen. If it didn't, then the settlement was improperly obtained, and you may have rights against several parties including the original defendant. Of course you must take action right after becoming 18. If you are 20 or older, it is probably too late.
