Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

How do i get rid of a power of power of attorney that my grandfather dosnt want any more my aunts made him sing that power of attorney paper because they he was sick and thought the worst but hes better now kinda turns out the power of attorney is my aunts boyfriend and they stole all his money/gold i just want them to leave the old man alone before they really kill him

He must revoke it in writing and send regular and certified mail to the holder and any bank he deals with.

you need to get an attorney for your grandfather. check out legal aid in your area. There should be a couple of good elder law abuse lawyers that you can talk with.
