I need a go between to secure my inheritance from my mother`s will.who should i contact

I do not know what you mean by "go between." If she is living that is one matter, and may be more difficult. If she has passed away, that is another, and the law may give you legal rights so easier.

Either way, please make an appointment with an attorney to discuss the situation and your options.
