Settling Will
The executor of my mother's will, who passed away over 2 years ago, misused funds in her estate by spending the funds for his own use. The attorney and executor did not execute the will properly and they have been removed by the probate court. Can either the attorney and/or the executor be sued for misuse of funds and/or malpractice?
