Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
Can a sibling with POA change the will of his mother ( will was drawn up when the mother was in control of her mental facilities) but years later was diagnosed with dementia and Alzhiemier' s w hich is well documented by at least two Dr.'s and has been on medications for these problems in a nursing facility for about 2 plus years? am thanking you in advance.
