If your mother will not share it with you then the answer is probably no.

If you rmother is living, then probably no. If your mother passed away, then possibly through a court proceeding.

Some trusts or trust certificates are recorded in county records when real property is involved in a trust transaction. If not recorded, you may request a copy from your mother, but, as trustor or grantor, she is not required to disclose it even to beneficiaries. If your mother is deceased, you may request the local probate court for the information. If your mother has a guardian, you can request information from the guardian.
