Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

Uncle passed away May 22, 2016. Family was not advised of his death. Administrator has been fighting cancer. Administrator went to see Uncle in 2013 and he was very difficult. He insisted that he was fine and leave him be. Neighbor informed administrator that someone was helping him. Uncle apparently passed away at thus caregivers home. He had the will redone in 2013 and home was sold . The only thing listed on the will now is his trust account. Uncle told administrator when she was visiting him where important papers were and she was to be the administrator of two other niece and nephew . According to lawyer family has no rights. Home was sold and all his personal papers would have been gone through, also holiday cards were sent so he had to know there was family. According to the lawyer family has no rights. Is this true?

The will would control distribution. The family could be eliminated from that will. If undue influence occurred it can be challenged. Hire an attorney to make the inquiry for you with the lawyer you reference.
