Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

everything we own is in my wife and my living trusts except our 2 residences and our car which is titled in joint names. will this keep out of the probate court ?

It is a really bad idea to try and do your estate planning on line without providing your attorney all the information about your assets. If you properly created a living trust, than get what you pay for and discuss the handling of your assets with an attorney.

Without looking at the deeds-the 2 residences would go through probate.

You should discuss with your attorney the reason quit claim deeds were not prepared.

Some attorneys are reluctant to make the homestead in a trust.
