Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

My wife and I "Wills" provide for our two sons and a local attorney to jointly act as "personal representatives" in the event we are incapable of doing it ourselves as the "survivor". What problems if any does this lead to ??

What are usual legal fees for attorneys serving in this capacity ? Is there a schedule of fees related to estates value ??
