If it was executed correctly, yes but you should always have your will reviewed since the laws are different.

It can be legal. However, why would you want it to be. If you pass away, it will be probated under auxilliary (meaning out of state) and will only provide some coverage for Florida. If you have property in another state, it will be the same situation there to have an out of state will.
