no-unless it is held as joint tenants with a survivorship rights, our real property has a husband and wife, or you are the beneficiary of your spouses life-insurance. In real and planning opportunity here is to make a complete financial and estate plan so both of you understand what will happen to you financially if your spouse dies. Or I have been working on this lifetime financial planning approach for a number of years because it meets makes the most sense of the approaches to the financial and estate planning. If you need my help and feel free to send me an e-mail with your phone number so I can call you to discuss this matter further.
