Nothing. Although they should be deposited with the Clerk, there is no sanction for not doing it. If probate needs to be filed than it should be filed with the Petition.

A will is supposed to be filed within 10 days after the person who made the will dies. However, rarely is that done and courts accept the wills after the 10 day period, even years later. Should you have further questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
