if you can not come to agreement in a workmancomp mediation,and you go trial.whatis the cost or average cost if you loose at trial,if you have to pay there attorney fee.whats average cost,what most it could cost.thank you in advance

Unless you have perpetrated a fraud on the court, you normally will not have to pay the employer's fees and the only fee due to your attorney is based on the contingency of winning. The costs could be taxed against you and entirely depends on the nature of your case and how many depositions are taken. Your attorney would be the best one to estimate this for you.
