Legal Question in Workers Comp in Florida

I have DVT caused by driving for long periods in a company assigned truck that had the suspension modified. The WC Ins. company may deny my claim, what can I do? I have complained of soreness in my legs and back for over 2 years and was told to sit on a couch cushion while driving by my supervisors. I was hospitalized and am now on blood thinners and bed rest.

If you have a medical doctor who supports the Major Contributing Cause being related to your driving, you may succeed in pursuing a w/c claim. You must have a competent w/c attorney. You cannot pursue this type of on your own.
