Legal Question in Workers Comp in Florida

i had a felony charge for not having worker comp ins on myself in feb 2015.i was put on a pti program for this charge .then they told me at the probation office i had to enroll in a drug treatment class.been going to for a month and a half.then i go in to report to po.then he tells me they made a mistake ,that i didnt have to do these drug treatment after all.so they tell me i cant get a refund on the 200.00 dollars i spent .what can i do.i also have only one payment left on my probation cost which is 200.00.

Make a written application to whomever you paid the $200 for the drug program. Don't assume that the last probation cost will apply to the drug program refund. You likely have to make that last payment otherwise you will default on the probation cost.
