Legal Question in Workers Comp in Florida

I got hurt on the job and was placed on light duty from my doctor. I was also placed on part time by my employer. I worked 42 hours however I was only paid for 16.50. After I got off work I received a call from my employer. Saying they could no longer accommodate my light duty restrictions. And was told to see my adjuster at workman comp. I worked 42hrs light duty and was only paid for 16.50.

See a lawyer. You are entitled to pay of the 42 hours. If your employer cannot accommodate you with light work, then you are entitled to indemnity benefits.

You are entitled to all hours worked. if they cannot accommodate your work than you get TPD from the w/c carrier. I agree with Mr. Marino, you need an attorney to handle both claims.
