Huh? They have 30 days to pay after a Petition is filed before being responsible for attorney's fees. They have unlimited time to pay and will then have to pay penalties and interest when they finally do pay what is do. Seek the answer from your attorney who knows your case.

If your attorney filed a petition, they have 15 days to respond. If they don't respond it is a denial. They have 30 days to pay without incurring attorney fees and costs. If they continue to deny, it takes 7-8 months to get to trial. You should be asking your attorney as opposed to using this forum for in represented litigants
