Is a will written in Pa for Pa good if I now live in Ga??

Without reading it there is no way to tell. It may be.

However, even if it is valid, it may not be optimal. For example, it certainly does not reference the Georgia code sectiopn used to grant select powers to the executor to simplify probate.
