Legal Question in Administrative Law in Georgia

I'm 17 turning 18 in October I don't want to leave here because my parents are so over controlling and they made me stop working just because they didn't want to, I have a boyfriend who is 23 turning 24 in June he lives about 5 mminutes away from me he is a first degree cousin and my parents totally disprove from this and I understand I had intercourse with him but they couldn't do anything because of the consent law so many people say at 18 I can leave and others at 17 as long as I'm in a safe place nor drugs and with a relative and some polices in gwinnett county Georgia don't sometimes do anything as long as the child 17 is safe and live close by but I don't want to be charge by anything please help I need to move out for several reasons can I move out at 17 or go where ever I want at 17 without my parents stopping me as long as they know where I'll be?
