Legal Question in Administrative Law in Georgia

I have a contract for rent to own on a mobile home i am about to pay the last month jan 31 if the person is asking for an extra 160.00 due to missing a day at work due to me not being able to pay her for the rest of the rent to own by law can she charge me the extra amount?

You posted this in an area that deals with administrative law, which has nothing to do with landlord tenant law. Most of the lawyers who will see it likely handle things like business disputes with the government, so you may want to repost in the proper part of law guru to get responses from landlord tenant lawyers.

When you do, post what the lease says about payments. Without that no one can answer you.
