Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in Georgia
I was tricked into a plea of running over the chief of police in oder to get out of jail and the other charges would be dropped before I was takened in the courtroom.When I went before the judge the public defenders peralegal told the judge the officer wasnt coming to court to testify against me because the officer wasnt injured.I got 20 years felony probation for something I did not do.My question is can I get this sentece modified or dismissed?

No one on a message board can possibly tell you that your conviction (that you apparently agreed to) can be reversed. You reference youre lawyer - speak to him/her, or get a n+ew one.
