Legal Question in Banking Law in Georgia

I bought a vehicle I didn't know was really collaterol on a bank loan and the borrower defaulted on loan. I have a motorized bill of sale. What are my rights?

You have the right to sue the seller for the purchase price. However, it is a lesson (maybe n expensive one) in making sure you get the title when purchasing a vehicle.

You can sue the seller, who may or may not have any money since they deliberately cheated you. And you can learn from making a mistake - a bill of sale doesn't matter. You need a signed title, and you never buy a car without that.
