Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Georgia

I'm closing my business after 35 years due to the economy, it's a corp. I have a company credit card with 10K in debt, I have no way to pay it . What would be my best option?

If you have no assets to liquidate, no future earning potential, no ability to negotiate a payment plan or reduction in principal of your credit card, then it's time to speak with a bankruptcy attorney.

Much of the answer depends on what, if any of the debt did you sign personal guarantees for.

My office handles business and personal bankruptcy. If you're in or near metro Atlanta or parts of the rest of North Georgia, I'd be glad to review your numbers and options. Bankruptcy may be appropriate depending on the details of your situation.
