Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Georgia
Should or can a person recently dismissed from bankruptcy sale a property through a short sale that was surrendered in the bankruptcy process. The mortgage company has accepted a short sale offer and is willing to complete the short sale vs foreclosing on me. What should I do or how should I handle this, please?
