Liability Issues
I recently opened a scooter business in Atlanta. I want to enhance the business and start to offer scooter rentals, like at the beach. I can't find an insurance company to cover renter's insurance. I have a rental contract that I would like reviewed to see if it covers my business for the rentals. The renters will be required to have valid auto insurance. The business is also a LLC.
