Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia
I received a ceist and desist letter for a prank call I made. I responded to the letter and agreed to the terms in the letter. I received an email today stating they would like to have a conference call and they said I should have legal counsel present. Trying to figure out what I should do. I agreed to what they asked in the letter.
