Legal Question in Business Law in Georgia

I am wanting to start a credit repair business in the state of Georgia. I want to know the laws in regards to this. Of course I know there are a lot of scams out there. I want to do it all the legal way. Also what all do I need to start a business in Georgia from home.

Most credit repair in Georgia is illegal. See http://consumer.georgia.gov/consumer-topics/credit-repair for details. The few things that can be done legally really can only be done by a lawyer. So go to law school for three years, and when you pass the bar, then you can do some things.
