It really depends on how many owners there will be and what kinds of capital structure you are looking to create. In all likelihood, your best bet is an LLC if you are going into business on your own. Please give me a call if you wish to discuss the matter in more detail.

I'm not sure what you mean by "taxation of your business," but an LLC is probably the best choice, which can be taxed as a sole proprietorship/partnership or a corporation. However, you should speak to a business attorney and relay all the details of your new venture to make the right determination.

You should consult with your tax advisor first, then take what he/she says and talk to a business lawyer. LLC is PROBABLY the way to go.
