Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Georgia

I was arrested and charged with terroristic threats on july 2 2012 i have never been in trouble with the law before and i was just wondering will they dropp my charge to a misdomeaner or am i facing jail time. Also i do believe the "victim" dropped the charges but the state picked them back up. I go to court on 2/25/2013 to plead. i am a single mom and a full time student and i am so scared and i need help on what i should do

I can't understand why you are posting here. You are facing possible prison - up to 5 years. If you get prison, you will obviously lose your child while you are in there, if not longer. You will have problems your entire life getting jobs and maybe housing. Sorry to be so blunt, but the fact that you are posting here indicates you are really not that scared of prison and these potential consequences are not important because you did not immediately hire a good criminal lawyer (or in the 7 months since then). Now, you have a week left. If your freedom and your child are important, you will send emails today to set up appointments Monday.
