Found used band-aid in 4 month old sons food. What should I do?

Tell the manager of the restaurant or store and they will refund your money and maybe give you some gift cards beyond that. If they don't, send an email to the corporate office (if it is a large company). That is what I did when I recently purchased a product that had a small machine part in it. They sent a refund and coupons. Otherwise, what are you expecting? Finding something in food does not raise a legal issue and is not an opportunity for big check, if that is what you are asking. It would be different if the food was eaten and it caused actual medical problems, or your child bit down on something and broke a tooth. Had that happened, you probably would have told us.
