Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in Georgia

I was recently convicted of felony sexual battery of an underage person in Georgia. I qualify under the First offender act (OCCA 42-8-60) and was sentenced to 5 years felony probation along with registering as a nonviolent sex offender (ie: not a "predator"). I am living with my parents, although I am employed, work is on commission and I don't really have a steady paycheck every week. My parents are moving to a location in which the home is on 16 acres of land and the house itself is farther than 1000ft from a church, however, the property line is 555ft from a church. I was told by my probation officer that I cannot live in the home, although I have nowhere else to go. Is there anything I can do, or am I condemned to exile due to the states outrageous sex offender laws?

When you break the law, as you did, you face the consequences, unfair as you may think they are.
