Written agreements
me and a friend had an agreement, we rented an apartment in my name, the friend promised to pay all utilities and rent on time and in full. on the contract-agreement the friend signed their name and agreeed to the terms and conditions, on my end, i agreeed to let the friend pay all utilities and rent in full and on time. we both agreeed that the friend would be using the apartment the most and we agreed on each one of us having keys and access to the apartment. the contract was notarized and we have a witness that seen us sign the contract and agree on the contract. Can i take the friend to court for not paying rent and utilities?

Without looking at the agreement, it appears that you have claim against them. You can probably file in "small claims court" and do it yourself.
