Legal Question
Lien placed on property
Location:Perry GA(Houston County)
Situation: Contractor built house but didn't pay suppliers.
Question: What should I do first to fix this situation? I've already contacted contractor and supplier with no luck. Contractor is getting ready to file chapter 11.
