Legal Question
Can my medical record documents be used to sue me?
A SSI represenitive has filed suite against me for non-payment in magistrate court.My SSI court decision containing all my medical records info has been givin to the court for public records.I feel this should not have been used to collect a debt,only our contract for payment.
