Legal Question in Construction Law in Georgia
Hi,
I am asking my legal write as it pertains to a new home purchase where the driveway which leads to the garage is not long enough to fit a average size vehicle. When parked in the drive way my Toyota Camry extends into the 20' alley (includes curb/gutter) about 3 feet. Apparently I also own 5' width of the alley for the total length of my property.
