Legal Question in Construction Law in Georgia

I have a lawsuit against a company that kept my equipment { crane ,implements ,tools} to finish a job i started on after running me off . He kept the crane 12 months and still has my other stuff . It has been five years now and there hasn't even been a court date . the lawyer i have is dragging her feet . Is there anything i can do to make this happen ? I am a registered voter in Georgia . You have a lawyer who knows the years of history, so no one here can tell you what is going on or what you can and should do in the case. That is why you have a lawyer, so call tomorrow and gave a discussion or pay for a couple hours time from another lawyer in your area to review the case. Keep in mind changing lawyers often adds a significant expense. I don't know what voting has to do with the issue.
