Legal Question in Construction Law in Georgia

My swimming pool of less than one year has a crack. The contractor came and said that it is not covered by warranty since it is an act of God. Is this true? Dont I really have a claim against warranty.

We don't know what your warranty covers. Most exclude an act of God. The one way to find out -- read your warranty.
