Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia

1. Fast-food place #1 - In spite of a VP of the company knowing me, the new mgr accused me of stealing ("rolls of toilet paper") and of running an electric cord at night from the store to my car (in which I live). He asked no other customer. No, I did not do either one. That was almost one year ago; I still can't drive past that store for the disgust it invokes and won't even go to any of their other stores.

2. Fast-food place #2 - An employee, numerous times, tried to cause problems for me after I told the mgr that she did not wash her hands after using the restroom. Last year, she mopped the restroom floor and even pushed the mop up to my shoes when I was in the stall. About two months later, she came into the restroom and sprayed air freshener over the stall that I was in (I have asthma). The mgr merely said that he instructed her to do it while he did so in the men's room - that he was sorry and wished me a good day. He refuses to take serious action against her.

Do I have a cause of action with either establishment? Thank you.
