Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia

I bought a car this past weekend. Signed the paperwork, paid my down payment, and drove the car home. Upon leaving, I noticed that the car was shaking when I got around 60 mph. So I had the car inspected and found out that the car needed struts, a fan, and an oxygen sensor. The dealer offered to have these issues fixed, but I no longer want the car. Is it within my legal rights to bring the car back and demand a refund?

No. If you bought a used car, without a warranty, you made a huge mistake in not doing the inspection BEFORE purchase. In those cases you have to do the repairs (and the dealer has done you a huge courtesy in offering to help, so you should be very thankful and take him up on it). Even if you giot a warranty, your only right is to get it fixed. Do not do something foolish and demand a refund, because then the dealer, who is now doing you a favor, won't fix the car.
