Legal Question
Hi, I bought a 1991 honda prelude a few weeks ago from a local repair shop, the car cannot pass emissions and he forged another gentleman's signature. I have tried filing a police report and the person who sold the car told police he never had the car and said he's never seen me before i want my 1500 dollars back what can i do. Also i have title plus bill of sales both document forged but i didn't realize till later, please help me.
