Legal Question in Consumer Law in Georgia

How do I find out who the Process Server for General Motors is in the state of Georgia? General Motors will not provide this info to me. CT Corporations Systems will not confirm that they are. They told me I would have to contact the Secretary of State. The Secretary of State Rep told me they do not have that info. How can I find out?

Less than a few minutes on the GA. Sec. of State website (look for the corporate part) will get you the name and the address of the registered agent for service for any corporation. You don't get this with phone calls - you look at the official public record which is very easy to access.
