I have won $1650.00 in one of the online casinos and I been trying to call them since over a week. I have not been able to get in contact with them and they never returned my call. Could you let me know if I have any legal rights?

Many online casinos are scams and many break U.S. law by operating. If this is the case, your chances of recovery would likely be slim.
You may have a remedy (unlikely but possible) if you go to the country where they are based and get a lawyer there.
