Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Georgia

How to collect debt after bad checks written

Jeweler from out of state sent $25,000 of generic diamonds to a jeweler in Georgia. Buyer sent checks that bounced, now makes many excuses about overall account, promises to pay, no payment for a year.

What is the best way to get paid? Selling Jeweler is a corporation so probably can't appear pro se.

Can you identify any attorneys specializing in routine debt collection who are economical?
